Online, dynamic reporting capabilities allow tracking of multiple areas of work at any time. Conduit due diligence analytics are performed in our Centralized Underwriting operations centers, reducing travel costs associated with on-site due diligence. For buyers that need to combine conduit operations with bulk loan purchases, Clayton can accommodate both with a turnkey program and customized platform designed to fit their mini-bulk needs.
