MasteReporter goes beyond traditional investor reporting, allowing portfolio managers to analyze their bonds side by side and in the same format.  We integrate and customize remittance statements and other portfolio data.  In each report, we track the data, analytics, collateral tests and trigger tests most important to an individual portfolio.   

At the loan level, useable information is provided to monitor delinquencies and foreclosures, view characteristics migration and compare underlying collateral changes (CLTV, FICO, property type, geographic concentration, etc.) and permit the data to be exported to perform self-directed analytics.
