The Quantum service delivery model has been built to provide efficiency, responsiveness and customized solutions for the client.  We assign the management of loans to a client dedicated Asset Manager, who is capable of managing all the functional disciplines across the default continuum.  A Portfolio Manager manages the client-specific Asset Managers and has key responsibilities focusing on client management, production management and personnel management.  Quantum delivers its services in accordance with a very rigid default timeline.

Collections Strategy

We locate and contact borrowers, and communicate with them to:
  • Ascertain reason for default
  • Obtain updated financial information
  • Remind borrowers when their payment is due/consequences of default
  • Determine the borrower’s overall intent, willingness and ability to pay
  • Identify reinstatement opportunities
  • Advise of potential credit counseling options available through non-profit agencies
  • Assist borrowers with prioritization of financial obligations
  • Determine loss mitigation candidates
We work to cash flow non-performing assets, and resolve delinquency outside of the foreclosure and REO arena when possible to enable home retention.
