The Quantum service delivery model has been built to provide efficiency,
responsiveness and customized solutions for the client. We assign the management
of loans to a client dedicated Asset Manager, who is capable of managing all the
functional disciplines across the default continuum. A Portfolio Manager manages
the client-specific Asset Managers and has key responsibilities focusing on
client management, production management and personnel management. Quantum
delivers its services in accordance with a very rigid default timeline.

Collections Strategy
We locate and contact borrowers, and communicate with them to:
- Ascertain reason for default
- Obtain updated financial information
- Remind borrowers when their payment is due/consequences of default
- Determine the borrower’s overall intent, willingness and ability to pay
- Identify reinstatement opportunities
- Advise of potential credit counseling options available through non-profit
agencies
- Assist borrowers with prioritization of financial obligations
- Determine loss mitigation candidates
We work to cash flow non-performing assets, and resolve delinquency outside of the foreclosure
and REO arena when possible to enable home retention.
